Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping
